State Farm® Insurance Agent Bill Emminger

"Spent 20 minutes explaining the existing state farm policy i had thru a different state farm agent in Ellwood city, where I used to live, I have a house and 3 vehicle's on that policy, I simply wanted to remove 2 of the vehicle's of that existing policy, and create a policy thru this agency for the 2 vehicle's I was moving up here to my new address. They quoted me a price, I liked it, jumped into my vehicle with my wife got there and they had it all confused after explaining it several times, I was told the price i was quoted was cheaper because they thought I was a new customer with state farm. And the new price was going to be 140.00 a month more because I was an existing customer. So I can't understand how you thought I was a new customer when I read all the coverages on my existing policy in Ellwood. I was not happy ,they wasted my time,my gasoline. On a fixed income a 140.00 dollars is a big deal. So I decided to pull all my buissness with state farm, that's 1 house and 3 vehicle's, they could of had an additional house and an atv to that."
